Are import duties and taxes included?
Yes! Import duties and taxes are included, for free, in orders over $2,000usd*.

How are import duties and taxes handled?
As the importer, you (i.e. the buyer) is responsible for paying the import duties and taxes; Perreaux Audio Ltd will reimburse you for this bill.

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders will be dispatched within 3 weeks of the purchase date. The ETA will vary on your actual location.
Bespoke orders, like custom paint colours, can take up to an additional 3 weeks.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes, all shipments are 100% insured.
Warranty & Returns
What's the duration of Perreaux's warranty period?
By default, Perreaux offers a One year Limited Warranty on all of it's products.
For free, a Three year Extended Limited Warranty is offered by filling out this form.
Does Perreaux offer a trial period?
Yes! Perreaux offers a 45 day money back guarantee (i.e. minus a 5% restocking fee).
