Do you ship overseas?

Perreaux Audio Ltd ships worldwide (i.e. except countries where we have local distributors; please refer to the following guide).

 

Are shipping costs included?

Shipping costs are included for free in orders over $2,000usd.


What happens with the import duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes are included for free in orders over $2,000usd*. However, as the product is imported in your name, you are responsible for paying the import duties and taxes; Perreaux Audio Ltd will reimburse you for this bill. After receiving the import duties and taxes bill, please email this bill to info@perreaux.com with your order number and attached a picture of the import bill. We will refund you the cost directly to your card used for the purchase.

*NOTE: Perreaux Audio Ltd will cover up to a maximum combined value of 20% of your invoice in import duties and taxes. We can still ship products to countries that have higher import duties and taxes but the difference will be covered by the buyer. Please find below the list of countries/regions that Perreaux Audio Lts is aware of having higher import duties and taxes. Please contact the local authorities in your country for further information.

How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping times will depend on where you are located as well as the availability of the purchased product. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 weeks of the purchase date. Bespoke orders, like custom paint colours, can take up to an additional 3 weeks. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes, all shipments are 100% insured.

Returns

As confident as we are in the quality of our products, we understand that there will be instances where our equipment might not suit your taste or the rest of your system.If you feel like the product you purchased is not for you, please send us an email within 45 days after receiving the product/s to info@perreaux.com and inform us that you'd like to return your purchase. Please be sure to include the reason why. We will provide you with all the RMA details.

It's very important that you pack the equipment exactly like you received them in the original shipping box. Once the product arrives, we'll inspect the product to make sure that it arrived with all the original materials and is in like-new condition. Provided everything looks good, we will proceed to process your refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

NOTE: If you have been charged import taxes on your delivered products, you are responsible for claiming a refund from the given carrier that charged you (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS).

Custom orders, unless otherwise agreed to, might incur in a higher restocking fee (i.e. usually 25%).
